Your campaign package stays on your Mac.

Local package inspection

MailPreflight reads only the HTML files and local assets you choose. The base scan and WebKit viewport preview do not upload the campaign, require an account or include advertising trackers.

Optional remote-link checks

Remote URLs are contacted only when you explicitly run the link check. Those destination servers can receive ordinary request metadata such as your IP address and the MailPreflight user-agent string.

Website and checkout

This website may produce ordinary server access logs. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record under its own privacy terms. Shipmac receives the purchase details needed to deliver and support the app; payment-card details are not handled by the app.

Diagnostics

No analytics or automatic crash-reporting service is enabled in the current Release build. A sample you voluntarily send to Shipmac will only be used to investigate the issue you reported.

Changes

This page will be updated if MailPreflight adds another network feature or third-party service.

Website analytics

This website loads Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. When enabled, Shipmac measures page visits, the product hostname and checkout starts; it does not send files or content processed by the Mac app. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices.
